　　What are the advantages and disadvantages of orifice plate flowmeter and nozzle flowmeter?Orifice plate flowmeter and nozzle flowmeter are two different differential pressure flowmeters.

 

　　孔板流量計(jì)按國標(biāo)規(guī)定進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、制造和檢定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板無需實(shí)流標(biāo)定，精度高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、制造成本低，但壓力損失在所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)流裝置中最大，不適用于要求壓力損失小的情況，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板廣泛用于石油、化工、冶金、電力等行業(yè)。

 

　　The orifice plate flowmeter designed,manufactured and calibrated according to the national standard does not need real-flow calibration.It has high accuracy,simple structure and low manufacturing cost.However,the pressure loss is the largest in all standard throttling devices,and it is not suitable for situations requiring low pressure loss.The standard orifice plate is widely used in petroleum,chemical,metallurgical,power and other industries.

 

　　1.噴嘴流量計(jì)

 

　　優(yōu)點(diǎn)：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)噴嘴歷史悠久，有大量的各種試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，噴嘴流量計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單牢固，無可動(dòng)部件、長期使用穩(wěn)定可靠，豐富的設(shè)計(jì)制造和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高，可不必進(jìn)行實(shí)流標(biāo)定。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)噴嘴有可靠的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和完善的國際、國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可信，可作為貿(mào)易結(jié)算計(jì)量用表。

 

　　缺點(diǎn)：生產(chǎn)制造較復(fù)雜，單價(jià)較高.

 

　　1.Nozzle flowmeter

 

　　Advantages:Standard nozzle has a long history,a large number of test data,simple and solid structure of nozzle flowmeter,no movable parts,stable and reliable long-term use,rich experience in design,manufacture and application,high degree of standardization,no need to carry out current calibration.Standard nozzles have reliable experimental data and perfect international and national standards.The measurement data are authentic and credible,and can be used as a measurement table for trade settlement.

 

　　Disadvantage:The production and manufacture are complex and the unit price is high.

 

　　2.孔板

 

　　孔板流量計(jì)優(yōu)點(diǎn)：性價(jià)比較高。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板歷史悠久，有國際、國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及檢定規(guī)程和大量的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，不用實(shí)流標(biāo)定。計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可信，可作為貿(mào)易結(jié)算計(jì)量用表。

 

　　缺點(diǎn)：孔板銳角邊的磨損、臟污等因素均會(huì)影響計(jì)量精度。檢定周期較短6-12個(gè)月。

 

　　2.orifice plate

 

　　Orifice plate flowmeter has the advantage of high cost performance.Standard orifice plate has a long history.It has international and national standards,verification rules and a large number of test data,and does not need real-flow calibration.The measurement data are authentic and credible,and can be used as a measurement table for trade settlement.

 

　　Disadvantage:The wear and dirt on the sharp edge of orifice plate will affect the measurement accuracy.Shorter verification period 6-12 months
