    頂裝的3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器必須要在安裝時(shí)保持垂直，連桿也不能彎曲。許多情況還要加裝阻波管，以隔離罐內液體的晃動(dòng)對浮子產(chǎn)生影響和損壞，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器一般都是在地下槽罐、或工作臺位于槽罐頂部的測量現場(chǎng)，因為浮子要下行到容器內，所以安裝法蘭一般不得小于DN80，否則浮子直徑過(guò)大無(wú)法通過(guò)法蘭孔進(jìn)入容器內。很多客戶(hù)在選擇3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器的時(shí)候，并不在意法蘭的大小，這容易在以后的使用與維護中產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題，而我們頂裝式的正常標準時(shí)法蘭為DN80，這樣現場(chǎng)的配對法蘭買(mǎi)一只DN80的正好與其匹配，并且3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器的浮筒和導桿都可以插入通過(guò)，順利安裝。如果客戶(hù)有特殊要求，需要小號法蘭，就是現在我們定做的法蘭DN50的大小。

    1、防腐性公稱(chēng)壓力≤1.0MPa，安裝連接法蘭，液位計出廠(chǎng)的常用突面尺寸參考規范制造。

    2、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器有一定盲區，故在讀取液位高度時(shí)應加上盲區值補償，生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家在液位計出廠(chǎng)時(shí)，標尺刻度零位已遷移到實(shí)際值。液位計測量范圍不超過(guò)5米，否則影響液位計的穩定可靠、牢度等。

    4、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器在安裝高度較高達到4米以上的話(huà)，建議一定要在兩邊加固定拉索，固定位置不偏移，可以保證儀表在惡劣測量環(huán)境中，比如現場(chǎng)震動(dòng)大或遭到碰撞，大風(fēng)天氣等，遭遇碰撞不會(huì )受到損壞。

    5、在遇到較高罐體測量時(shí)如10米以上，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器不管是分段，建議在中間部位或者每個(gè)分段的法蘭周?chē)每ü炕蚱渌潭潭?。在裝置時(shí)，一定要堅持筆直狀況，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器與容器引管間應加裝有球閥，以便液位計的維修和拆開(kāi)清洗

    頂裝的3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器使用時(shí)需要對指示器的磁翻板用所附磁鋼進(jìn)行一次引導，從而使3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器零位以上指示白色、零位以下指示紅色，通過(guò)無(wú)觸點(diǎn)報警開(kāi)關(guān)使轉換起觸點(diǎn)按液位給定值動(dòng)作從而達到液位控制的目的報警開(kāi)關(guān)安裝在液位計所需控制位置，轉換器安裝在控制室內。它是利用磁藕合原理來(lái)進(jìn)行工作的。

    不過(guò)這里現場(chǎng)需要注意的是，如果選擇DN50的法蘭，罐體頂部開(kāi)孔尺寸必須在78-80之間，配對接法蘭與頂部焊接之間的鋼管內徑也是78-80mm，而配對法蘭DN50的中心孔開(kāi)內徑也是78-80，這三個(gè)直徑要保持一致。就是DN50的法蘭，中間孔直徑為加工變大，所以浮筒插入不了，就影響了法蘭對接。
