    截至目前，國網(wǎng)四川省電力公司已基本實(shí)現智能電表“全覆蓋、全采集”，該公司在運行電能表超過(guò)3200萬(wàn)只，智能電表覆蓋率達99.78%，全口徑自動(dòng)采集成功率達99.02%。

    2015年以來(lái)，國家發(fā)展改革委和國家能源局先后出臺《關(guān)于促進(jìn)智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的指導意見(jiàn)》《關(guān)于推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”智慧能源發(fā)展的指導意見(jiàn)》等文件，提出“加強能源互聯(lián)，促進(jìn)多種能源優(yōu)化互補，支持水、氣、電集采集抄，建設跨行業(yè)能源運行動(dòng)態(tài)數據集成平臺，鼓勵能源與信息基礎設施共享復用”的指導意見(jiàn)。
