　　孔板流量計(jì)取壓口安裝方式：

 

　　Installation method of orifice flowmeter pressure tap:

 

　　1、被測(cè)流體為液體時(shí)，為防止氣泡進(jìn)入導(dǎo)壓管，取壓口應(yīng)處工藝管道中心線下偏≤45°的位置上，正負(fù)取壓口處于與管道對(duì)稱位置時(shí)，兩者應(yīng)在同一水平面上

 

　　1.When the measured fluid is liquid,in order to prevent air bubbles from entering the pressure guide pipe,the pressure take-off port should be located at the position below 45 degrees below the center line of the process pipeline,and the positive and negative pressure take-off port should be in the symmetrical position with the pipeline,both of them should be on the same horizontal plane.

 

　　2、被測(cè)流體為氣體時(shí)，為防止液體（冷凝液）進(jìn)入導(dǎo)壓管，取壓口應(yīng)處工藝管道中心管道上方線上偏≤45°的位置上，正負(fù)取壓口處于與管道對(duì)稱位置時(shí)，兩者應(yīng)在同一水平線上。

 

　　2.When the measured fluid is gas,in order to prevent the liquid(condensate)from entering the pressure guide pipe,the pressure take-off port should be located at the position of less than 45 degrees above the central pipeline of the process pipeline,and the positive and negative pressure take-off ports should be in the same horizontal line when they are in the symmetrical position with the pipeline.

 

　　3、被測(cè)流體為蒸汽時(shí)，應(yīng)保證冷凝器中冷凝液面恒定和正負(fù)導(dǎo)壓管上的冷凝面高度一致。正負(fù)壓口處于與管道對(duì)稱位置時(shí)，兩者應(yīng)在同一水平面上。

 

　　3.When the measured fluid is steam,the condensate level in the condenser should be kept constant and the height of the condensation surface on the positive and negative pressure guide tubes should be consistent.When the positive and negative pressure ports are in the symmetrical position with the pipeline,they should be on the same horizontal plane.

 

　　以上三種孔板流量計(jì)取壓口安裝方式，均可與管道對(duì)稱和管道的同一側(cè)進(jìn)行安裝。

 

　　The above three kinds of orifice flow meters can be installed symmetrically with the pipeline and on the same side of the pipeline.
