    說(shuō)到量程比,先引入一個(gè)使用量程的問(wèn)題。一個(gè)測量范圍為0-200kpa的壓力變送器,當我們實(shí)際測量的壓力為50kpa時(shí),我們選擇的量程應為0-100kpa,這個(gè)量程就是使用量程。如果量程比是10:1,最小量程是0-25kpa,使用量程是0-20kpa,則變送器的精度就會(huì )下降,使用量程在0.50kpa時(shí)候,儀表的精度就能夠保證。使用量程和最大量程不能相差太大,否則精度不達標。
